On 13th December, 2024, the highly anticipated finals and awarding ceremony of the 1st "Songs of China" Chinese Singing Competition in Bangladesh were successfully held at the Bangladesh Civil Service Administration Academy (BCSAA). With the theme "Further the China-Bangladesh Friendship, Sing the Beautiful China," the event showcased the artistic talents of 23 outstanding contestants, divided into Chinese and non-Chinese groups.Sponsored by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, under the guidance of the Embassy of the P.R.C. in Bangladesh, the event was organized by the Shanto-Mariam-Honghe Confucius Classroom in collaboration with Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, Confucius Institute at North South University, Chinese Enterprises Association in Bangladesh, and Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh.
